My Story: From Crushing Fatigue to Flourishing

Almost two years ago, I was right where you are now: depleted, frustrated, and feeling like a stranger in my own body all while navigating the hormonal changes of menopause.

As a high achiever, I was used to pushing through obstacles.

But the constant fatigue that crept into my life during this phase of life wasn’t something I could just “power through.”

The brain fog, the stubborn belly fat, and the overwhelming exhaustion left me questioning if I’d ever feel like myself again.

My doctor at the time told me my symptoms were “normal for my age.”
But, as a holistic health practitioner, I refused to accept that answer.

So... I Took Matters Into My Own Hands

With a background as a certified holistic and functional health coach and practitioner, I dove deep into understanding the root causes of menopause-related fatigue and other nagging symptoms.

While going down this research rabbit-hole, what I discovered was eye-opening:

What worked for my health in my 40s wasn’t cutting it anymore in my 50s. My body needed a new approach – tailored to the unique challenges of menopause.

Through research, trial and error, and furthering my education in this area of menopause, I crafted a plan that worked for me. It combined:

Self-care really became a cornerstone of my journey because I realized that without it, all the other changes wouldn’t stick.

Understanding that taking time for myself allowed me to listen to my body, nourish my spirit, and truly rebuild my energy reserves.

This didn’t happen overnight – it was a journey, but I stayed the course and continued to make small habit changes one bite-sized chunk at a time.

And with those small, consistent changes, I finally reclaimed my energy, focus, and joy.
