I help women in menopause regain their energy, and shed stubborn weight and belly fat, so they can live their next chapter pain-free, and with joy and vitality.
I also help them to take control of their health so they can feel empowered to make better lifestyle choices for themselves and go from “surviving” to “flourishing” in menopause and beyond.

I was exactly where you are now a few years ago when I was going through nagging symptoms of fatigue, fuzzy brain, and the dreaded weight and belly fat that
wouldn’t budge.
Frustrated with not getting the answers I desired, I took my health into my own hands and dived into the research on what it truly takes to be healthy in menopause, have a healthy metabolism, and finally feel my best.
I was fortunate to have an educational background in holistic and functional nutrition and health. Still, despite having the knowledge and access to tools and resources to overcome these health challenges, I also came to realize that all the “right” things I was doing in my 40s were not having the same desired outcome in my 50s.
I had to make some changes. And that I did.
I continued my research and further education and created a menopause health and weight loss plan customized for me, that included bio-identical hormone therapy and lifestyle interventions.
This didn’t happen overnight, but I stayed the course and continued to make small habit changes one bite-sized chunk at a time.
I’ve been drumming this approach to long-term health success for a few years as a health coach.
With consistent (and not always perfect) action-taking, I was finally able to see results:
I’ve finally started to feel more like myself again.
As a functional health coach and practitioner, and someone who loves the geek out on the research on women’s health, particularly in menopause, it is unfortunate that there is a great deal of misinformation and a lack of support for women navigating this life chapter.
Through my own experience, and journey into menopause, and coming out that bit stronger and healthier on the other side, I felt passionate about helping others so that they can finally take back control of their health, find answers and solutions for themselves, and get back to feeling like themselves again.
